I need an invitation to a Mass in the church for the first anniversary of the death of my grandfather's writing ... but I have no idea how his words. I tried Google, but can not find anything.

I'm sorry for your loss.
You can try something along the lines of: "Our family is the memory of my grandfather at a special Mass and I would urge you there, share memories," or something like that.
I have a website that offers the text of the invitation to the memorial services. Perhaps that is able to help a little or a portion of the money for you in the right direction.
