I'll Volleyball Camp 18th July (Bentley College Volleyball Camp) and I have no idea how to prepare. They said the place to go in good physical condition for the field, but you do not know how! I play volleyball for about a year, but I've never been in front of a volleyball. That is what we need to know:

1.) What must I do to get a good stamina?
2.) What are the important things you should practice before the camp?
