The fact that the manufacturer says that is a component in accordance with Mil-Spec, if a contract tend to have on the advertising pile. Try to be to stick with reputable manufacturers were actually incurred by the Department of Defense to M-16 magazines. I studied this issue a few years ago, and then, here are my results were:
Magazines were produced by Universal, Adventure Line and Colt. Motherboards appear approximately as follows:

M16/M16A1 CAL 5.56 mm

UNIVERSAL inds. DIV.

SIMMONDS PREC. PROD. INC.
West Haven, Connecticut, United States

or

Adventure Line MFG. Co. Inc.
Parsons, KS. United States

or

Colt AR-15
CAL. 5.56
COLT PT. FA MFG. Co. Inc.
Hartford, Conn.. United States

Note: In the circle on the REAL Magazine Colt, which appears Rampant Colt Colt "logo.
You can use the Google-branded motherboards really. We often see in magazines motherboard Treaty Colt, sor be very careful about buying Mags AR-15/M-16.
